October Favorites!

Well, another month has rolled around, and it's now that time of the month again. Monthly favorites!! Whether it's random stuff, music, or beauty products, several things always stand out to me as my favorite. This month I have a few of everything.

Here's me with some of my faves!

Drugstore Beauty Haul!

I recently turned fourteen, and with that, I received some birthday money. I had two options. First of all, I could save it and use it for something useful, like a new computer, and second of all, I could spend it on completely useless stuff that I don't need but want really badly. Well...knowing me, I went with the second option. To the drugstore it is!

I picked up several things that I've been eyeing for a while, including some eye products, "lippies", and nail polishes. My motto is you can never have enough lip products, because who wants to have cracked, dry lips, when you can have soft, moisturized lips? I definitely prefer the second option.

Pretty in Pink

Admit it. No matter how hard you try to do a nail art design, or paint your nails, you completely and utterly fail and make your nails a big brown blob. While looking at all of these amazing people who can successfully recreate Van Gogh's "Starry Night" on their nails, you may feel like you are unsuccessful with creating designs on your nails. My first piece of advice to you is not to worry. I've got you covered. Today, I am going to be showing you how to create a cute flower on your nails, that is simple, yet adds the look of "Hey! I just went to the salon and got my nails done!" Trust me, if I can do it, anybody can do it.

Covergirl "Flamed Out" Mascara: Review and Demo

Being a mascara "junkie," I always look for the newest releases in drugstores, as well as high-end mascaras available in department stores. I have more than a few mascaras to meet my needs than any fourteen year-old should have. Recently, Covergirl released their newest mascara, called the Covergirl Flamed Out Mascara. At a drugstore, it is available for $5.95, which is an excellent price for a drugstore mascara.

Claims: Make a bold statement with winged lashes that curve up and out. This unique wire brush coats your lashes for an instant volume boost.

Will this mascara meet Covergirl's claims, or will it be a disappointment in the drugstore mascara department?

I am definitely one that loves a polished look, and curls simply give me that. Ever since trying Conair's hair products, I've been hooked. My favorite styling tool from them is their infiniti curling wand. Today I'm going to show you how to get simple everyday curls using Conair's infiniti curling wand.

Urban Decay recently released their new line of lipsticks, and I'm here today to review them. Having 22 stunning shades, ranging anywhere from your pretty pinks, to your classic reds, there is surely a shade or two for everyone. I'm lucky enough to share my thoughts on "Anarchy" with you, which is a stunning pink color, that can brighten up anybody's complexion.
